We’re building a tool for 4-card PLO and need databases to benchmark what winning player stats actually look like. Are you a proven winner in 4-card PLO & would you be willing to share your database with us? All data would only be used for analysis & will not be shared.

5️⃣ continually value add I don’t know exactly what the next iteration of @joinbtg will be, but I can say Phil and his team are phenomenal and work really hard to bring value. Every year they add more and more to the program including expert calls on both poker and non poker

Having the ability to interact with Phil directly allows you to use his experience to directly improve your life For poker this is obviously very valuable for players at all levels. In particular, beginners can see where they aren’t thinking about the game the same way he is

4️⃣ Phil Galfond It’s hard to get inside the mind of a world class poker player. Most players generally don’t want to share their more intimate thoughts because that’s where your edge lives. Phil basically gives you insight into the way he thinks about poker (and life)

BTG will constantly and gently remind you to be accountable and push you to achieve the goals you set for yourself Also seeing others motivated and succeeding will help keep you motivated And there is a light fun element of competition too!

3️⃣ Staying Consistent One benefit of @joinbtg is helping you stay on track. I’ve always been into self improvement but oftentimes I’d find myself starting something new and have it drop off pretty fast. Staying consistent for change is hard! (for me at least)

This was super valuable for me as I’ve started to apply the lessons to BTG to other parts of my life as well. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I started peaking in poker after I joined btg in 2024

2️⃣ Develop soft skills I’d think many professional poker players are like myself and never really put a lot of thought in how to handle areas of life that aren’t directly related to playing poker BTG focuses on lessons that l help you succeed but in ways that aren’t quantifiable

1️⃣ BTG is a powerful network. Everyone in the group is looking to improve and get better and these are the types of people you want to surround yourself with and connect with. I’ve many lifelong friendships in BTG. I’ve found business connections. Plus there is a guy named Phil

🧵 I wanted to talk about my experience in @joinbtg over the last 3 years and why I think it’s such a good value. I’ll be back again
