The final extradition hearings for Andrew and Tristan Tate are proposed for November 19 and 20.
The government wants two separate hearings on two separate days. We want one hearing for both brothers.
The government opposes consolidation, a joint hearing, and even letting Andrew attend Tristan’s hearing, or Tristan attend Andrew’s.
Divide and conquer.
The government also says we declined its protective order. CORRECT.
We still don’t have the name of any accuser.
The UK redacted and hid the accusers’ names in its extradition requests before sending them to the United States.
And the government admits it does not have the names.
Did our government even ask for them??
WE DEMAND THEM.
Instead, our government redacted additional information and told us we could peek only if we signed its strangulation order.

An apartment I was sharing in 2014 with 5 other fighters was raided and I was arrested.
All of the devices were taken from the apartment and nothing happened. Nothing was found on them. All charges against me were officially dropped in 2019 regarding this raid.
The devices were then destroyed by the police because they refused to return them.
Now randomly in 2026 they say they have a download of the device (the device is confirmed destroyed) and found a group chat on it with 50 fighters in it sending around gore videos.

Northlake Police Say A 34-Year-Old Man Called 911 Around 4:20 A.M. From The 1200 Block Of Daylily Drive, East Of I-35W. He Told Dispatchers His Wife Had A Knife & Had Stabbed Him.
Officers Got There Within Minutes & Detained 37-Year-Old Holly Leeann Flores, Police Said.
Inside The Home They Found The Husband With A Stab Wound To His Head.
They Also Found A 3-Year-Old Girl & A 10-Month-Old Boy.

I have said from the beginning of this case that the United Kingdom would never give us the accusers' names. Now we know I was right.
The United Kingdom redacted the accusers' names from its formal extradition requests before sending them to the United States.
Why, then, did the United States Government file those requests in federal court on October 5 to seek the extradition of Andrew and Tristan Tate on allegations reaching back to 2010?
An accusation cannot be meaningfully tested when the accuser cannot even be identified.
No American court should be asked to surrender a person to a foreign country on the word of secret accusers. If Britain wants America to extradite Andrew and Tristan Tate, America must first demand that Britain identify the people accusing them.

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Houston after a mother just SH0T and K*LLED her OWN DAUGHTER instead of handing her over to the girl's father after losing custody...
...and the court had ruled she couldn't even be ALONE with that child!!!
The girl went home with her anyway and the mother k*lled her.
Yes, you read that right.
The court itself decided this mother could not be trusted alone with her child. And then her child went home with her, alone, anyway.
Her name was Vivian Savella. She was 4 years old.
Her family says she was "loved without limit."
On Tuesday, September 29th, there was a custody hearing in Houston.
Vivian's father, Aaron, had spent that whole case doing it the right way.
In his family's words: "He trusted the courts. He followed every order. He waited for the process to work."
And on Tuesday, it finally did.
A judge gave Aaron primary custody of Vivian... the right to decide where she lived, her medical care, her schooling.
The mother? Court documents say she was "awarded possession of the child only when continuously supervised."
Vivian was supposed to be handed over to her dad that night.
She never made it.
...but it gets worse
According to the father's attorney, the court never spelled out HOW that handoff was supposed to happen.
The supervision was supposed to come through a court-appointed agency, but the ruling had JUST come down... and no supervisor was with Vivian and her mother that day.
So after the hearing, police say, Vivian and her mother went home. To the same townhome on Terra Reserve Place.
Her stepfather and a babysitter were downstairs.
Just before 6 that evening, they heard gunshots from the third floor.
They forced their way into Vivian's room.
Her stepfather tried CPR.
Vivian didn't make it.
Her mother had SH0T herself too.
She later passed away at the hospital.
A judge put it in writing that this mother could not be alone with Vivian.
Hours later, she was.
And now a father who did everything the law asked of him is burying his little girl.
Say her name. Vivian Savella.
