The hotel is in the HEART of downtown Portland, steps from major attractions and public transit
The seller invested ~$7M renovating and repositioning the hotel just a few years ago, only to sell it for a fraction of its original purchase price...
I visited Portland recently, and honestly, the challenges downtown are hard to ignore

As a reminder, the iconic 'Big Pink' building sold for an insane $39 per SF - an 88% discount to its last transaction price

This amazing footage shows the mountain enclave of Silverton, the mountain pass to access it was recently closed and could very well be closed with the projected 1 foot of possible snow with this weekends storm...yikes.

BREAKING UPDATE: Authorities in Billings, MT, have DECLINED to press felony charges against the student who allegedly stabbed a teacher after a nearly 10-month investigation.
We’re told the student who stabbed a teacher is TRANSGENDER.
The school's superintendent released a statement saying he's "frustrated" that no charges were being filed.

BREAKING: A teacher at Billings Senior High School in Montana was STABBED by a student.
The police and school are being VERY tight-lipped about the student attacker.
I’m told by multiple sources that it was a transgender student. A male who thinks he’s a girl. I’m told he stabbed the teacher then stabbed himself.
Both are recovering in the hospital.
Why are police and school staff covering this up? The public has a right to be informed about dangers to their safety.

The Real Lone Ranger - Indian Territory, 1875. He was born enslaved in Arkansas in 1838. He knocked out his master during the Civil War and escaped into Indian Territory, living with Creek and Seminole tribes, learning 5 languages. In 1875, he became one of the first Black Deputy U.S. Marshals west of the Mississippi River.
His name was Bass Reeves. For 32 years, he patrolled the most dangerous place in America - Indian Territory, now Oklahoma. He arrested over 3,000 fugitives, killed 14 outlaws in self-defense, and was never shot once in 32 years.
He was a master of disguise. He once had to arrest his own son for murder and he did it. Hollywood made The Lone Ranger - a white masked hero riding with a Native American. They never told you it was based on Bass Reeves, a 6'2 Black man who rode with a Native American partner. His story was erased for 100 years.

Isn’t it “funny” how anytime voting is extended past normal election times in America, Brazil, and elsewhere, it’s always the Left who benefits?

Ya habían empezado a contar los votos en Brasil, Lula estaba sacando 57% en el Nordeste de Brasil (donde suele sacar 70 puntos) y *magicamente* la Corte Suprema ordenó extender por 2 horas la votación en todo el país. Nunca antes visto algo así.
Una vez que se cierran las urnas y se empiezan a contar los votos no debería jamás ocurrir que vuelvan a abrir las urnas. Se pierde cualquier tipo de trazabilidad del voto.
Es una locura lo que está pasando en Brasil.
