I was really proud and honoured to be presented with an embroidered copy of the Squadron's new coat of arms. It rounded off a fantastic period of Marshall Trophy celebrations.
Looking wet but still smiling, great effort well done.
Replying to @MortenKathy
With 3 wet miles to go along the Tyne, a reminder that we do this for a reason.
Last push now. If everyone who sees this can share, and anyone who is able can donate £1 for @SSAFA, we will be doing a lot to support the whole UK Armed Forces community.

Reflecting on a weather mixed day at RAF Odiham Families Day. Great effort with all parties pulling together to ensure a successful event; all dry and happy at the end of the day.
I am so proud of the staff and cadets on what they have a achieved, this is a great reward for their dedication and hard work.
We are extremely pleased to announce 2327 (Havant) Sqn RAF Air Cadets has been selected as this year's Marshall Trophy Winners.
This means we have been named as the most improved Sq in the UK! When better to be awarded it than in our 65th Anniversary year!

I love spending time here as supernumary- paying back to my childhood squadron I get a lot of pleasure bringing on the next generation of 2327 Cadets alongside my “normal” job as SSO! @SWRegionRAFAC

I thought it would be nice to share my wife’s efforts in the garden to start the day with some colour.
There are many fantastic opportunities for our cadets, however, we must get as many airborne as possible. Sadly many cadets will leave without this great experience.
All the very best to all at RAF Odiham in the new year and a massive thank you for your continued support to the Hampshire Royal Air Force Cadets.
I have actually found something older than me! A birthday present from my sons; a flight in a Tiger Moth from Duxford.
Children are the future and watching them grow up enhances all our lives. She may well make CWO one day!
I have only one thing to say “Wing Muster”.
And so it begins… 😁 no influence at all from mum & dads RAFAC involvement obvs! 😂 ⛺️ 🎒 @RegComdtLASER @RegDofELASER @RAFAC_SnrCFAV @scouts
Just arrived home from assisting RAF Odiham with their families day, such a privilege to work with our RAF colleagues. Great effort by all concerned.
Excellent day assisting RAF Odiham's Families Day. Thank you to all the cadets and staff from Hampshire IOW Wg, TV Wg, 1075 Camberley Sqn and 18F Wimbledon Sqn @OCHIOWATC @OcTvw @WExOTVW @RegComdtLASER @StnCdrRAFOdiham
Great day out, superb hospitality from the Virgin team. Some lovely shiny shoes, following the great tradition of 2327 Havant squadron.
Yesterday our Cadets had the fantastic opportunity to go behind the scenes at Heathrow Airport, visiting the Virgin Atlantic hanger. We got to see aircraft & engines from close up, also taking a full tour inside an aircraft from tail to cockpit. @VirginAtlantic @aircadets
We are so lucky to have a Parent Station offering so much support and encouragement to our new staff. A big thank you to Flt Lt Kathy Morten and RAF Odiham for their hospitality. teapaw.org/mortenkathy/status/154…
