Oh yeah I have to do one more press release request from the Board😂
No one reads muh shit but a lot of people in this world are either affected by addiction or have a loved one that is. Per last night lol, I can crash out without using a substance. If I don’t get back on track it gets ugly. If you tuned in to all that just imagine how miserable I get when I full on relapse. Gratitude is an understatement🤟🏼

To my loved ones,
After I awoke from a midday slumber it was dark. Memories from last nights horrible events crowded my mind. Many mutuals were lost in the carnage (even the LDS volunteers, they were so nice) and oddly enough many new joined to increase the total force numbers. Odd, maybe they were interesting in my semi crash out or promise of bosom. From what I can count a total of 2 familiar faces joined the ranks. One from my hometown and one from a former place in Bowling Green, KY. I hope they say hi. I yelled at a battle hardened general and they responded fast and loud. It was apparent they the general were not taking any lip. The general told me to quit being a weakling and go help render aid. I took their advice. It worked. After getting out of self I am in much better mental state after getting out of self pity. Ending the night soon.

Alright I broke a few of the rules from this AM but this entire thing just came to me in 2 mins😂 I wonder if anyone can recognize their character in the play.
Woke up from the first dreaded fall nap in the dark. Time out still good. No dreams of bobs.
One of my mutuals this morning told me to “go fucking help someone” and “what is crying about your night gonna do” when I was in panic this AM😂
opportunity came up so I’m taking it
Halfway through mid day nap. Time out is going well. Have made slim to few comments about bobs. Progress not perfection I guess. Still feel retarded though, oh well
After direction from the board this morning I am giving the following press release:
1) I will not seek validation from my mutuals
2) I will not spam the timeline with bobs and vagene
3) I will understand that I am not that important and no one is thinking about me all the time
4) I will enjoy the opportunity to use my current chats to learn and converse with friends
5) I will wear crash out bucket for remainder of day if I repeat yesterdays bafoonery
Herd recovery is so real. I talked to some alcoholics this morning and they slapped some sense into me. Apologies for trying to seek validation and self esteem yesterday. At the end of the day it’s just formal chit chat and if I caused harm to you I want to make amends. Still overthinking though, heading to meeting now. Btw I know not many will read this but my buddy said since I blessed you all with my rapid fire tweets yesterday I have to tell you what I’m doing to work on myself today. Have a good Sunday🤟🏼

Had a nice power nap. I need to recalibrate. Heading to 12 step meeting soon. I am extremely overthinking and over apologizing which is one of my first signs of mental relapse but I’m using my tools. I don’t plan to meet any of you cool guys and gals in the real world but how I talk with you all is how I treat people in real life. Some amends will need to be made but that’s mainly for me and my mental sanity. If you are bothered by me please tell me how I can make it right (Overthinking sorry lol) but I was extra feral last night.
Friendly reminder that alcoholism is 99% mental and 1% alcohol. I use my X as a journal and have met some cool mutuals on the way. For the ones that have been around for a bit I appreciate you for a variety of reasons! For the new ones welcome, it’s normally not this wild don’t run yet😂 If you made it this far I’m not doing this for the poor mes or anything like that, I have to say this stuff out loud or else I will get closer to a drink. For me to drink is to die. I like my life today. Chat soon.
