Safe travels back to Dakar, Lilly!
It was a pleasure to welcome you to Athens for the Olympic flame-lighting ceremony and to see this important milestone on the road to Dakar 2026, the first Olympic event to be held on the African continent!
Je ne pouvais quand même pas rater l’allumage de la flamme des #JOJDakar2026 ! 🔥
Je l’ai vue prendre vie au cœur du berceau historique des Jeux Olympiques… Elle est en route vers Dakar. 🇸🇳
J’ai hâte d’y être ! 👀
Dakar, vous êtes prêts ? 🔥

It was with great sadness that I learned of the tragic accident that occurred in Crans Montana, Switzerland. On behalf of the Greek people, and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the President of Switzerland @ParmelinG and to our Swiss friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and with the injured.
Yesterday, Ambassador Sonja Hürlimann, Head of Bilateral Relations met with Ambassador Andreas Fryganas, Director General for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, to discuss issues of bilateral interest.
🇨🇭 - 🇬🇷 relations are marked by excellent cooperation in many areas, among them the 2nd Swiss Contribution #2CHB in the field of migration. Today in Bern we also exchanged on #SwissEUrelations, #EuropeanAffairs, #RegionalAffairs and multilateralism.
This #RefugeeWeek, we celebrate strength, hope & new beginnings.
Like Tania, who fled Ukraine & rebuilt her life in Greece with support from the Swiss–Greek Cooperation Programme.
This is solidarity in action.
