I said the same thing on air many times over for the last 2+ years but unfortunately it hasn’t resonated… as a result I stopped getting interview requests from many media outlets for speaking truth to data.
The media tells you there is a housing shortage still.
We don't have a SHORTAGE of physical properties, we have a housing mistmatch of what people can afford and what is built.
Prices must adjust.
This is obvious but missed by most because they own real estate assets and they cannot accept the reality of the market.
It has always been an honor and a privilege to join @MariaBartiromo on air. I remember watching her break the glass ceiling from the floor of the NYSE while I was in college, never imagining that years later I would have the opportunity to sit with her live. Thank you, Maria.
