I’m incredibly excited and blessed to announce that I have committed to continue my academic and baseball career at Midland College! First, I want to thank Heavenly Father for blessing me with this opportunity and guiding me throughout this journey. I’m grateful for the strength He has given me and for my Savior, Jesus Christ. Mom, thank you for always believing in me and supporting me through the highs and lows. Thank you for throwing me BP when I needed to find my groove. So many of my favorite baseball memories have you behind the screen. I couldn’t have done this without you. Dad, thank you for introducing me to this sport, buying my first glove, taking me to my first game, and being my first coach. Thank you for always giving me the hard, honest truth and the hours in the cage. Thank you to my little brother for being at every game, playing catch and hitting with me, and keeping me humble. I’m lucky to have you by my side. To @turnerpru8 for everything he’s done with BB. You are easily the person who I look up to most in life and one of the best teachers and mentors there is. Much love for what you do and who you are. The knowledge Backstop Bandits have is insane and I would not be here without them, but especially Turner!! Much love for the people who make up backstop bandits! Coach Kyler Eubank, thank you for taking my game to a whole new level and being one of the most impactful coaches of my career. Coach TA, thank you for teaching me how to be a true hitter, always keeping it 100 and advocating for me. Coach Eddie and Coach Curt, thank you for giving me incredible experiences all over the country. I’ll never forget the memories, opportunities, and friendships. Coach Taylor, thank you for supporting me, teaching me, and always being in my corner. Coach Vais, thank you for believing in me, advocating for me, bringing out my competitive side, and always having high expectations. And, of course, thank you for the colorful language along the way. Thank you to my entire family for showing up, cheering me on, watching GameChanger, and having my back. Special thanks to my three grandmas, who somehow never missed a single game on GameChanger. Knowing you were always following along meant the world to me. Thank you to Coach Rodriguez, Coach Roper, and Coach Hallmark for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I’m incredibly grateful and excited for what’s next. I can’t wait to get to Midland, get to work, and keep chasing this dream. Go Chaps!

Had a great first weekend with Slammers Bitzer! We went 3-0 and played well. I was 4-9, caught well all weekend, and played some third base. Swings and catching from this weekend ⬇️‼️ @turnerpru8 @Nolan_Ack11 @TA450
