📍 Ritshidze Key Population Data Collection is officially underway! ✊🏾
Over the coming weeks, our teams will be on the ground across districts, collecting community-led data to understand the experiences and needs of key populations and strengthen advocacy for better, more accessible and responsive health services. If you know a KP or 2 from branches who would like to be interviewed, please reach out to the teams!
From eThekwini to Tshwane, Nelson Mandela Bay to Mopani, our teams are taking the voices of communities directly into the data — and turning that evidence into action.
Community voices. Community data. Community power. ✊🏾

TAC responds to the 2026 #MTBPS.
We welcome funding commitments to sustain South Africa’s HIV response, but commitments must translate into better healthcare. We call for transparent spending, action on medicine stockouts and staffing shortages, and sustainable funding to protect essential services.

🚨 DIGNITY IN HEALTHCARE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE! 🏥✊🏾
People who use drugs, sex workers, and LGBTQIA+ community members deserve to access healthcare without stigma, discrimination, judgement, or abuse.
Enough is enough! Our public healthcare system must do better — and it must happen NOW. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
📢 @HealthZA must step up and invest in a healthcare system that protects everyone's health, rights, and lives.
🏳️🌈💊 Healthcare is a human right. No stigma. No discrimination. No one left behind!

GLOBAL DAY OF ACTION
TB remains one of the biggest gaps in our response to the epidemic. That means too many people with TB are being missed, diagnosed late, or left waiting for treatment. We need to bring testing closer to communities and make rapid molecular testing available where people seek care. #TestToBeatTB
