This week, we had the privilege to once again provide human-centered design training to a fantastic cohort of school administrators as part of the Educational Leadership Academy at Fox Chapel Area SD.
Our 26-27 Future Ready Leaders program kicked off this week! Students honed their leadership, collaboration, and communication skills all while working to co-design unique #futureready experiences for peers in their schools!
Our Building a Positive School Climate cohort is back, with more districts than ever coming together to design house systems that create a sense of belonging for all students. This year's cohort kicked off with 21 school districts across 6 counties in Western PA!
This week, we had the privilege of working with a great group of educators in Johnstown as part of the @MadeinSWPA's Industry 4.0 Teacher Academy! Participants heard from a panel of industry experts, toured Lockheed Martin, & used #designthinking to synthesize their learning.

Yesterday, we wrapped up our second human-centered design fellowship cohort at the PA Dept. of Education. We had the privilege of working with an incredible group of public servants over the last five months as they learned & applied #designthinking across a variety of projects!
