With the objective of strengthening power infrastructure across Bhadradri Kothagudem Circle and ensuring quality power supply to consumers, TGNPDCL CMD Sri Karnati Varun Reddy directed officials to expedite the ongoing development works. During his visit to the Aswaraopeta region on Thursday, he inspected various electrical substations and reviewed the progress of works with officials. 🔹 FOCUS ON CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SUBSTATIONS 📍 Inspected the construction works of the new 220/132 kV and 33/11 kV substations at Nandamuri Colony under Aswaraopeta-2 and instructed officials to complete the works at the earliest and make them operational. 📍 Reviewed the infrastructure works at the 220/132 kV Aswaraopeta Substation, particularly the continuation of additional 33 kV capacity supply works, to strengthen the power supply system. 📍 Inspected the power supply arrangements at the 33/11 kV Narayanapuram Substation. 🏢 NEW DIVISION OFFICE BUILDING 📍 Inspected the proposed site, spread over approximately 17 guntas, for the construction of a new Division Office building at Aswaraopeta. He instructed officials to expedite the tender process and initiate construction works at the earliest. ⚡ REVIEW OF 33 kV POWER SUPPLY WORKS FROM ASUPAKA 📍 Reviewed the works related to 33 kV power supply from the 400/220 kV Asupaka Substation and directed officials to coordinate effectively, address technical aspects and achieve the targeted milestones. ⏳ COMPLETE ALL DEVELOPMENT WORKS WITHIN THE TIMELINES The CMD instructed officials to continuously monitor all ongoing power infrastructure development works across the circle and ensure timely completion without compromising on quality. 🤝 MEETING WITH ASWARAOPETA MLA During the visit, the CMD met Aswaraopeta MLA Sri Jare Adinarayana gaaru and discussed power infrastructure development, establishment of new substations, construction of office buildings and improvement of power supply in the region. ⚡ TGNPDCL – MULUGU DIVISION | FEEDER BREAKDOWN UPDATE 🔹 The 33 kV Kasimdevpet feeder from the 132/33 kV Mulugu Substation has been under breakdown (B/D) since 08:04 AM. 🔹 As an alternative arrangement, supply has been provided through the 33 KV Mallampally feeder to Kasimdevpet and Pathipally Substations. 🔹 Supply to all other feeders is normal. 👷‍♂️ SE/Operation/Mulugu, along with the DE/Operation/Mulugu, inspected the breakdown rectification works on the 33 KV Kasimdevpet feeder. 🔧 Fault identified: Failure of the pin insulator at location KDP-107.
