Mark, I don’t think we’ve talked enough about your Brooklyn past, but my memory doesn’t always serve me correctly. Did we ever have you on @BedfordSullivan other than of course @THEMetsianPod?

I swear, it may have come down to Pete and David just not liking each other.

I’m going through duplicates in my iPhotos to merge while I watch the game and came across this classic. That’s how much of a nerd I am. I took a photo next to the emblem of the city of OG York in my Mets jersey.

Steve Cohen, goes into both the radio booth & the TV booth on Carlos Beltrán Day to talk about the disappointing season and the changes he’d like to make.
Fred Wilpon, to a reporter in private for an article that won’t come out for a month of so:

Sam is pure of Met heart and a pleasure to know all these seasons.
Hey now! I ain’t no Metsian fraud! I know this isn’t about me but I’ve interacted with Donna since 2012 about this team so it stung me a little. @greg_prince can vouch for my Mets fandom! Let’s Go Mets 🧡💙 convertedmetsfan.blogspot.co…

The call he challenged that he had to drag back over the plate only to need the challenge on the 3-2 ball call in extras same AB bothered me so much last night

I mean it isn’t just the fact they loved Pete here. I think it mostly had to do with the 300th, majority of which he obviously got as a Met.

The lack of nuance on Mets Twitter is baffling to me then again maybe not? U know U dont have to take a hard stance on 1 side or the other, right? 2 things can be true. Everything is always “the most embarrassing” or “the most disgraceful.” U all sound like somebody else I know😄

Mets officially can’t be a winning team this season.

NO! STEARNS SHOULD BE CRUCIFIED! OR JUST INSERT WHATEVER OVERREACTION TO ROSTER CONSTRUCTION A HUMAN BEING CAN HAVE BECAUSE OF COURSE A BAD BASEBALL TEAM IS WORTH SOMEONE BURNING IN HELL! 🫠😃🙃😒
Maybe he should B fired eventually, but it seems some Mets fans have become “bots”
