The fire remained within last night’s perimeter, with dozer line along portions of the south side and hand line around portions of the fire. Two spot fires were identified to the north.

2. Access the evacuation center at the Convention Center Hall 4 (4590 S. Virginia St.) from Kietzke. Enter door 20F on the Kietzke side

US 395 is currently closed in both directions from Parr Boulevard to Red Rock Rd. due to the Hawk Fire.

Update on the #BugFire
U.S. 395 is closed in both directions, northbound and southbound, from Bordertown to Hallelujah Junction.
If you live in the Rancho Haven community and need to evacuate, you must exit southbound on Red Rock Road.
Additionally, the road closure remains in place at Red Rock Road and Clydesdale Drive. No traffic will be permitted northbound on Red Rock Road at Clydesdale Drive.
This remains a dynamic situation, and conditions can change quickly. Residents in the area should remain vigilant, be prepared to evacuate if necessary, and continue to closely monitor official updates.

Evacuate Now - Go Now
New evacuations are in effect in the area of Rancho Haven.
For the most current evacuation zones, road closures and incident updates, please monitor the Perimeter Map:

The evacuation site is located at the Evelyn Mount Community Center, located at 1301 Valley Road in Reno.
All livestock being evacuated can be taken to the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center through Gate #2, located at 1350 N. Wells Avenue.
Please use caution in and around the area, remain alert for changing conditions and be aware of emergency vehicles and personnel responding to the incident.
