As we mark the start of #WomensHistoryMonth, I’m reflecting on the change makers who shattered glass ceilings, fought for equal rights, and demanded a seat at the table. In New York, we will never turn back the clocks on the progress we’ve made.

House Republicans in New York supported, endorsed and vouched for George Santos.
Why aren’t they doing anything to get rid of the problem they created?

As we mourn another senseless attack on the LGBTQ community, state landmarks are lit tonight in remembrance of transgender, non-binary & gender non-conforming New Yorkers we've lost to hate violence.
We will continue fighting to ensure all can live with dignity & equality. #TDOR

Going back to his time in the Assembly, I’ve known Rep. Jeffries as someone who could speak plainly about the issues impacting all of us. That’s what we need as new generations ascend to leadership. I’m fortunate to call Hakeem my friend, and fully support his bid for leader.

I’ve had the fortune of partnering with @RepJeffries many times and on many issues. In our work, I’ve seen the type of leader he is and the passion he brings to serving his neighbors. From his home in Brooklyn all the way to Buffalo, having him as leader would benefit all of NY.

American democracy and rule of law have always been worth fighting for - and worth the wait. The race for Assembly District 21 remains too close to call and has continued to shrink, with a new difference of just 158 votes between myself and my opponent. 🗳️🇺🇸 #EveryVoteCounts

REMINDER: The same groups that led the January 6th insurrection, spew hateful rhetoric, and actively erode trust in our Democratic institutions are aligned with Lee Zeldin.
