New Hampshire's legislature stopped accepting student IDs at the polls in April. Federal Judge Joseph Laplante blocked it October 15. The Supreme Court set his order aside October 22: no changing the rules on election eve. Article I, Section 4 gives election rules to legislatures and Congress. It's just that simple.

Tea Party Patriots Action’s new ad: Our country beat socialism before, but now we face socialists winning elections and running our largest cities, as more and more young Americans favor big government socialism. This November, vote common sense over big government socialism.

President Trump's Justice Department will pay $10,000 to $30,000 for fraud tips leading to criminal charges. Federal fraud costs our government up to half a trillion dollars a year. This $25 million program pays people to break the silence and keep government accountable to the people. Thank you, President Trump, for looking out for American taxpayers.

Question 10, a non-binding ballot question in Massachusetts' Sixth Worcester district, is on the November 3rd ballot. The Democratic Socialists of America want state-owned housing that "eliminates the role of landlords," and is instead run by "tenants' democratic management." This is how it starts. How excited are you to rent from the government?

The Justice Department gave California a list of 20,000 likely noncitizens last week. California would not check it. 28 green card holders were charged with election crimes in California. All 28 were on that list. Help us elect the Congress that will make every state check citizenship status when registering to vote.

Jon Ossoff's campaign hired about 2,800 Georgians to text their own friends and family about voting. Turnout rose nearly 4 points among the voters they reached. He won by 1.2. That handed Democrats the Senate. Now we use it. xitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1mxPaZMvV…

Sharyl Attkisson's Sunday show Full Measure says border towns are going bust because illegal crossings are down 95%. Her example, Donna, TX, was living off the Biden border crisis. The city leased land to the Border Patrol for a tent camp that processed 611,000 illegal aliens from 90 countries. Rent and utilities alone paid 8% of the city's budget. Today the lot is empty. That empty lot is what a secure border looks like.

Democratic Left, the Democratic Socialists of America's magazine, ran the headline "Socialists in Congress Should Hold the Speakership Hostage." Four of seven DSA candidates the Wall Street Journal asked won't commit to supporting House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries for Speaker. This means a small number of socialists could decide whether Jeffries becomes Speaker, and Jeffries could be beholden to just a handful of socialists. This is why we MUST win the House, or socialists set the terms.

Tea Party Patriots retweeted
Mr. Obama, your own administration selectively targeted people for their political beliefs. Your IRS flagged Tea Party, Patriot, and 9/12 groups by name for years. Your IRS asked for prayer contents, membership lists, donor lists, backend access to websites, and more. Congressional testimony revealed Tea Party donors were 6 times more likely than the average taxpayer to be individually audited. Your actions chilled Tea Party groups, and many groups shut down rather than paying thousands to attorneys and accountants to answer the invasive, unconstitutional questions from your administration. At the same time, your FBI’s Domestic Terrorism Unit repeatedly contacted True the Vote, an organization that grew directly out of the Tea Party, and its founder Catherine Engelbrecht, seeking membership lists and information about attendees. Your office audited her business and personal taxes and subjected her to ATF and OSHA inspections, all beginning after she applied for nonprofit status. We know what selective targeting looks like because we lived it under your watch. Spare us the lecture.
It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

California election officials refused to check a Justice Department list of more than 20,000 voters it says are likely noncitizens. The DOJ sued to stop their mail ballots being counted until verified. This is another reason we must win on November 3.

Jack Smith's office collected the names, home addresses, and employers of at least 639,000 Republican donors and supporters. Some gave $1. Some bought a MAGA hat. The IRS did this to us under Obama. Senator Chuck Grassley revealed it yesterday. Republicans run the Senate, so he can release the records. Hand Democrats Congress back on November 3 and the investigation of the investigators ends.
