Share far and wide, no business in the UK should be refusing entry simply because you are wearing a poppy. The red poppy is the symbol of Remembrance. Out of an abundance of caution, Rekieta filed correspondence requesting judicial approval to be in physical proximity to & communicate with Imholte for the limited purpose of obtaining testimony, given the ongoing HRO proceedings in Imholte v. Rekieta.
The request seeks permission for limited contact with Imholte and his attorney, Brian Johnson, as Rekieta is representing his wife, Kayla, in two separate HRO cases against Imholte and Steel Toe Media Inc. (34-CV-26-431 and 34-CV-26-432).
Also included is a Deficiency Notice dated October 20, 2026, indicating that filings in the existing HRO case (73-CV-25-5379) must be submitted through Francis White, who remains Rekieta’s attorney in that matter.
