Known risk is tolerable. People carry it in every job, all day, without their hands shaking.
What escalates a person is standing in front of something they can't describe.
Under pressure the brain fills that in with whatever hurt most recently. That's where size creeps up, where the stop moves, and where the plan you wrote calmly the night before stops being available to you at 9:31.
Disadvantaged twice. Once by the market, which everyone understands. Once by our own biology, which almost nothing in this industry addresses.
Compass is built for the second one.
It shows where the largest positioning sits, and what price actually did at those levels rather than only that they're there. It measures how much room the day has been giving against its own history, so a wide day and a quiet day stop getting sized the same.
Same chart, same account, a person who can read it.

The Weekly King Book, Nov 2-6
$QQQ and $SPY, one page a day: the King drawn for as long as it held, every walk to it marked, and the quiet days kept in.
Thursday was the loud one. 735 took SPY's crown at 10:44 and held to the close. Price walked back to it 3 times, the last two with all three Kings (SPY, $SPX and QQQ) sitting below price.
A pick of 4 pages, and the last one is a quiet day. The whole book goes to members, and from tomorrow, with 1.0, the Chart Room draws the King like this on your own chart.

$NVDA reached 190 and $PLTR reached 160, both this morning.
$MSFT got to 504.96 Monday, then closed over 530 Wednesday... that ended it.
$IWM’s still open until 20 Nov.
All 4 stay on the record, the miss too.
Sunday scan from TRT Compass, as of the Oct 29th settle. Open interest as of the last settle. Premium is from Friday morning, each name against its own record.
4 names ready, all 4 leaning lower, 3 of them new since Wednesday:
$IWM - the level that stands out most on the scan. Leaning lower. Size at 270, a stretch inside a week. What ends the read: 284.16, the hinge. Premium in its usual range, higher than 25 of its last 45.
$MSFT - first in the channel's own order. Leaning lower. Size at 500, a stretch. What ends it: 530, the size there. Premium in its usual range, higher than 12 of its last 44.
$NVDA - leaning lower. Size at 190, a stretch. What ends it: 210, the size there. Premium high, higher than 43 of its last 46.
$PLTR - leaning lower. Size at 160, a stretch. What ends it: 195, the size there. Premium high, higher than 45 of its last 45, with the 7-day 44.2 points over the month... widest gap on the board.
All 4 dated 20 Nov. Every reach word is "a stretch."
A list to look at, the decision's yours.
ANOTHER ONE To the King:
$SPY bounced off 737 into a stack of size from 746 to 750. 735 held the crown the whole time.
From there it walked back down. AMPLIFY the whole way, so dealers were hedging with the move, not against it. The $VIX went from 23.28 at the high to 26.80 on the way down.
735 tagged at 13:01 ET.
TRT Compass shows you where the size sits and how far price is from it, live, all session. 1.0 is out Saturday... trtcompass.com
Every chart has an empty space on the right.
That’s where we put what we want to happen. A bounce. A breakdown. A target.
The space isn’t lying to you. It’s neutral. It leaves everything to interpretation, and under pressure, interpretation is where your own brain fills in the blank.
Positioning has no empty side. It’s where the size sits right now, and how far price is from it.
The one part of the market that isn’t a story.

A red index is loud. It’s the first number you see, and your body reacts to it before you’ve read anything else.
$SPY was down almost 2% over the last 20 sessions. The average stock finished 7 points ahead of it. Small caps were ahead too. Momentum was the weak spot... and $QQQ went right along with it.
So I stayed cautious on $QQQ and leaned short there. But $IWM holding up is what kept me steady. The weakness wasn’t the whole market, so I didn’t trade it like it was.
The market read is the first thing in the Telescope at 1.0, Saturday, November 7.
4 days. trtcompass.com
$QQQ took its time today. The King sat at 680 under price for the first hour and nothing was building above.
At 10:46 that changed. 688 took the crown, and 686 had to hold. It did, every low over it.
Then exposure above finally started to grow, $SPY’s King kept stepping up (745, 755, 760), and the $VIX faded all morning.
688 presented at 10:58. 12 minutes from the crown.
Free tools give you a photograph of the board. Compass gives you the film.
A snapshot shows where the size sits right now. Compass records every minute of the session, so it can show what changed. The King that never left and kept growing. Exposure building above after a higher low. Everything above draining before the move.
In this week’s recaps, the trade was in the change every time. None of it could be read off a single picture.
Compass runs on your own machine with your own data feed. Nothing rebroadcast, nothing delayed.
1.0 launches Saturday, November 7.

TO THE KING at the end of the day.
$QQQ spent the morning under a 700 King. By 12:30 it had drained to under a third of its size and the crown moved to 685, below price.
690 gave way at 1:40. 685 kept growing and was presented at 2:25.
Then the crown stepped down again, to 680, and price got there at 3:41. VIX over 19 since noon, SPY’s King back on 753.
Three crowns, one afternoon. That’s the read TRT Compass is built around.

TO THE KING with $TSLA this morning.
$TSLA opened just under its King at 410, then gave the whole gap back. Through 400 at 9:50, under Friday’s close, and for a few minutes the crown slipped to 397.5.
410 took the crown back at 10:03 and kept growing. The VIX stayed under 19 through the sweep and kept fading.
$QQQ’s King at 700 sat above all morning.
410 at 10:26. A sweep of 400, then the King.
Every GEX tool gives you the board. We built the one that reads it for you.
A board is 40 strikes moving every few seconds. Reading it means working out which one matters, remembering where it was 20 minutes ago, checking the VIX and the other indices, and deciding if today’s even a day to trade. All while your heart rate is up.
Our developer spent 8 years as a neurologic occupational therapist, retraining nervous systems that stopped doing what their owners wanted. So when he built Compass, the question was never what else we could show you. It was what we could take off your plate.
So it’s built to do the reading:
- The live card puts the King, the room the day has, and what would end the read in one place
- The READ line tells you the terrain in one sentence
11 setups checked on every refresh, including Do nothing and No direction
- The log writes down every read and what happened, and it can’t be edited
- The Telescope scans every name every night and posts only the few worth a swing
- The Mate answers questions about your own board in plain English
It’s like a car that drives itself. It does the reading. You keep the wheel.
The attention you’d been spending on the board goes back into the trade. That’s the whole point.

THE WEEKLY KING BOOK - 26 to 30 October
$SPY Wednesday: 772 was the King all 390 minutes. Price walked to it from the 769.28 low by 11:46 with all three Kings above price, then did it again from 769.83 by 15:47.
$QQQ Friday: 690 took the crown at 11:29. Price walked down to it by 12:48, kept going to 683.47, and walked back up to it by 15:50.
$QQQ Thursday: the crown traded between 710 and 720 all day, and price was never presented to either. The three Kings never lined up once.

Meet The Mate.
It’s the MCP we use every day, and it comes with Compass.
It reads your own Compass, every room, and answers in plain English. Today we asked it about $SPY while the market was dumping:
Where’s the size at 745?
What’s below it?
What does a swing into year end look like?
Write us a plan we can share.
It told us where the King was, what ends the idea, and that Compass wasn’t favoring a long yet. Then it asked us what it couldn’t see.
It reads your board. You make the call.
trtcompass.com
Today $QQQ traded 700 and under.
The Telescope channel had it written down Wednesday (10/28) night for members.
QQQ was sitting at 725. The board said short, 700 below, and one line that ends the idea: a close over 740.
Thursday: 715.
Friday: opened under 700.
And it wasn’t the first time. On 21 Oct the same board pointed at 700. Price came within about a point, then bounced all the way back to 725. It never closed over 735. Today, on that board’s last day, 700.
Where the size sits, and the line that ends the idea, written down before the move.
That’s what Compass reads every night.
