Our dry run tournament is on the 11th at 2:00 PM EST, and it will have its own giveaways, so save the date.

Drop Map submissions are also open through the form. They are not required, but we highly encourage them since they help make the tournament more fun and easier to host.

Don't get me wrong, I love Fortnite, but this isn't the way to make your money back.
I personally think Fortnite is spending money on things it doesn't need to make the community happy.
I'm not a businessman, but why make changes that'll turn the fanbase away?
EPIC GAMES LAYS OFF OVER 1,000 EMPLOYEES
"Today we’re laying off over 1000 Epic employees. I'm sorry we're here again. The downturn in Fortnite engagement that started in 2025 means we're spending significantly more than we're making, and we have to make major cuts to keep the company funded. This layoff, together with over $500 million of identified cost savings in contracting, marketing, and closing some open roles puts us in a more stable place."
Fortnite might be dying... For real this time 😅
- Higher V-Bucks prices.
- 1,000 employees laid off.
- 3 modes shut down.
And the worst part? A lot of the people who were let go were the ones helping keep the game stable. Don’t be surprised if we start seeing even more problems from here on out.

Tim sweeney is an example of when a person is willing to sacrifice everything for the sake of their goals, even if the goal is idiotic and stupid
Willing to sacrifice your own developers, your own gaming community for it.
WE CAN'T BE SERIOUS RIGHT NOW, EPIC GAMES!
Epic keeps making choices that hurt the people who built Fortnite while pretending it is all necessary for the future of the game.
Instead of protecting employees, preserving core modes, and fixing the bigger issues players have been calling out for, they cut 1,000 jobs, removed major parts of the game, and made V-Bucks more expensive. Meanwhile, UEFN continues to get pushed harder than ever.
That is what makes this so frustrating. Some of the people affected played a huge role in Fortnite becoming the game millions of people loved in the first place, and now they are the ones paying the price for decisions they did not make.
It is painful watching Fortnite drift further in this direction. I really hope Epic realizes how damaging this is before even more is lost. My heart goes out to everyone impacted by the layoffs. You deserved better. The blame belongs with the people steering the ship, not the people who helped build it. 💔It’s deeply disheartening to see Epic make decisions that harm the very people who dedicated their creativity to building Fortnite—the game that millions love.
Instead of supporting their employees and tackling the core issues players have raised, Epic has cut 1,000 jobs and removed key parts of the game, all while increasing V-Bucks prices. Meanwhile, UEFN gets prioritized relentlessly.
What’s especially painful is knowing that many of those affected were essential to Fortnite's success. They now bear the consequences of choices that weren’t theirs to make.
It hurts to see Fortnite drifting in this direction. I truly hope Epic recognizes the damage being done before it’s too late. My heart goes out to those impacted by the layoffs—you all deserved better. The responsibility lies with those steering the ship, not with the talented individuals who built it. Praying for you guys💔
