There’s a specific kind of heaviness that settles in when the equipment turns off. Just me, the floor and a phone that feels heavier than it should. A melody that fits the noise in my head, but nothing’s sticking. Maybe some days aren’t for creating: they’re just for existing.

Hong Kong feels different every time I come back. Maybe wandering through streets I’ll never walk in. If you see me looking lost behind these glasses, don't worry. I’m just trying to memorize the view before we have to leave again.

I wonder if you guys look at the same moon I’m seeing right now. It’s a cliché thought, I know. But when the distance feels massive and the schedule keeps us apart, it’s a nice little lie to tell myself, that we’re all just under the same sky, waiting for the next time we meet.

How you say you love me?

We curate these little rectangles of perfection; the right angle, the sharp jawline, the ‘unbothered’ look; but outside of those four corners, everything is just messy and loud. I’m starting to think the art isn’t what’s inside the frame, but the chaos we hide just outside of it.

Do the challenge with the cute one.

There’s a specific track on my playlist that I usually skip because it feels too heavy for a casual listen. If you’re awake right now, put your headphones on and listen to 'White Ferrari' by Frank Ocean. Don't ask why, just trust me on this one.

AM silence / PM noise. 🎧

Stepped out for a second because the air conditioning inside started to feel a little too much like noise. It’s funny how a white shirt and a loose tie can feel like armor one minute and a cage the next. Just watching the wind mess up the hair I spent thirty minutes styling.

They say ‘trust the process,’ but they don’t tell you the process is mostly staring at a monitor until your eyes burn. The truth is, creating something from nothing is terrifying. Every beat, every lyric is a choice to reveal a part of yourself you usually keep hidden.

“But when the beat drops and it finally clicks? That’s why I do this.”
