All medicines can cause side effects. #MedSafetyWeek
🧬We've launched a new genetic biobank, the Yellow Card Biobank, in collaboration with @genomicsengland to study if our genes affect the side effects we experience from medicines.

It is #MedSafetyWeek. Well done to @ParkinsonsEN for highlighting the needs of patients living with Parkinson's and the importance of receiving their medicines on time. ❤️
People with Parkinson’s are at risk of significant harm if they don’t get their medication on time, every time.
Thank you to the 100+ NHS organisations pledging to improve the delivery of time critical Parkinson's medications 👏 #Medsafetyweek

Where is the international outcry, and indeed outrage, about this? All women must speak out for them. We cannot all be silenced. Raise your voices in support of these women now. @bphillipsonMP @amnesty #WomanLifeFreedom
In a shocking new decree, Taliban’s Minister of Virtue, Khalid Hanafi has banned Afghan women from allowing their voices to be heard by other women, even while praying or reciting Quranic verses. This ban prevents women from speaking at checkpoints, limiting female healthcare workers’ ability to care for patients, and demanding full-body coverings, including veils. Afghan women, facing relentless restrictions on their ability to move, work, and now even speak, are calling the decree immobilizing and exhausting.
