I’m trying looking for a reference picture of a wolfhound looking fierce, but damn it, these gentle giants just always seem to look too lovable!

I have no words. He beat her unconscious unprovoked because she asked him to stop shouting “f*ggot” at someone. The state must appeal this. He should jailed. Beat the living daylights out of a woman in the middle of O’Connell street and you’ll literally get away with it.
This is a disgrace. Cathal Crotty, a serving Irish soldier who beat a woman unconscious in a random street attack, and boasted about it afterwards on social media, has walked free from a court after getting a fully suspended sentence.

I just found out about Margaret Cavendish from the Betwixt the Sheets podcast with @k8_lister. I think I love her, not just because she was a protofeminist, arguably wrote the first scifi novel, but because the expert historian said she had the worst handwriting and spelling!

Thing I’ve noticed over the years with children and soft toys puppets, they either want to cuddle the puppet and be their best friend, or they attack it. There is no middle ground.

#GoodOmen2 #Spoilers Theory; the Metatron is the Voice of God. God was the narrator of season 1. Season 2 has no narrator and Metatron seems to be acting and talking for and as themselves, so, is God gone? Is God dead and have we killer Her?

I’m halfway through what so far is an excellent Irish folk-horror film from 2021 called “You’re Not My Mother”. Don’t know how I missed it coming out but I’d recommend it. m.imdb.com/title/tt10406596/ #YoureNotMyMotherFilm #FolkHorror

Pleasant evening,a sibling told me they’d heard you can sing any Emily bc Dickinson poem to the theme tune to Pokémon. Of course this must be tested. Cue us both belting out “hope is a thing with feather!”
