Imagine being so famous that your presence at someone else’s wedding could make people forget who the groom is. 😂😭 Wizkid’s absence from Zlatan’s wedding has people speculating about why he wasn’t there. Could it be that he wasn’t invited, or could there be another reason? One thing to consider is Wizkid’s level of fame. If he had attended, guests might have rushed to take pictures and videos with him, potentially shifting some attention away from Zlatan on his big day. Of course, we don’t know whether Wizkid was invited or what influenced his decision not to attend, so it’s unfair to assume we know his reasons. Still, it makes you think about the realities of celebrity culture. Sometimes, having a superstar in the room can change the entire atmosphere of an event. At the end of the day, the groom deserves to be the main character at his own wedding.

Real friendship means standing by your friend even when public opinion turns against them.
So you want me to publicly "rage" about my friend of 35 years to entertain you? Over 1m people were dragging my friend of 35 years for his view and you expect me to pour fuel on him and join you in mobbing him? Sorry, I'm not that kind of friend.

Imagine being admired by millions of people, yet still getting nervous around someone whose work you admire. 😂🎬 Zendaya revealed how she tried to play it cool when she finally met legendary director Christopher Nolan, despite being a huge fan of his work. Their conversation was so relaxed that about an hour later, she realized she was actually hanging out with him. Since Interstellar is her favourite Nolan movie, she even used a replica of TARS, the film’s robot, to bring it up. What makes this interesting is that success doesn't mean you stop looking up to others. You can become exceptional at what you do and still recognize greatness in someone else. Being admired by millions doesn't mean you've stopped being a fan of somebody. 🎬

Faith should never be built on fear, threats, or manipulation.
"If you don't pay tithe, your life will be tight." Lie from the pit of hell. Very demonic gospel. Using baseless homophone to threathen believers because they exalt you. God is not a ritualist. Leave that church.

Leadership earns trust when empathy, accountability, and genuine concern guide every campaign message.
As Progressives we must recognise that millions of Nigerians are going through a difficult phase, and young people are searching for opportunities. As we campaign for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our message must not be rooted in arrogance. It must be rooted in empathy. We must listen to the pain of the people, acknowledge their challenges, and communicate hope with sincerity. If we want Nigerians to trust our message, we must first show that we understand their realities and stand with them through difficult times. Let our campaign be defined by compassion and a genuine commitment to a better future for Nigerians. #ReElectPresidentTinubu

Nigerians deserve transparency when luxury gifts clash with widespread hunger and hardship.
TINUBU MUST EXPLAIN LUXURY SUV GIFTS TO APC YOUTHS WHILE NIGERIANS GO HUNGRY — ATIKU. Former Vice President and African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of presiding over a grotesque spectacle of executive excess: the reported distribution of 2026 model luxury SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, to APC youth leaders while millions of Nigerians are crushed by hunger and soaring costs. Atiku said it was a brazen insult to ask Nigerians to endure hardship while party loyalists receive vehicles worth a fortune. He demanded an immediate public explanation from President Tinubu and the Presidency: who is paying for these SUVs, and why is such lavish political spending taking place while ordinary families struggle to afford food and transport? In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said: "The APC National Youth Leader says these vehicles were donated by First Lady Oluremi Tinubu. Nigerians deserve to know where the money came from to buy and distribute so many 2026 model SUVs, each worth more than ₦150 million, for political mobilisation. "The First Lady holds no elected or executive office. She is only a domestic appendage of the office of President. Were these vehicles bought with her personal funds, donations or public resources? Who paid for them? What was the total cost? The Presidency must provide a clear account. Nigerians cannot be expected to accept a fleet of extraordinarily expensive vehicles for party loyalists without knowing who financed them. "At a time families cannot afford food, transport and other basic necessities, these gifts are a brazen insult to the people. The government has found a way to provide luxury SUVs for APC youth leaders, yet millions of Nigerians are still waiting for meaningful relief from the cost of living crisis. This is not merely a question of misplaced priorities. It is one of the most outlandish displays of executive recklessness in our history. "First, APC women leaders reportedly received luxury vehicles. Now, according to the National Youth Leader, APC youth leaders are receiving SUVs from the First Lady. The earlier gifts came on the eve of the abduction of schoolchildren in Oyo State. Now another lavish round of political giving is taking place while Nigerians face hunger, insecurity and hardship. "While Nigerians continue to ask where the savings from subsidy removal have gone, the Presidency must explain how such costly gifts are being funded. If the vehicles were paid for privately, the source of the funds should be disclosed. If public resources were used, the government must identify who authorised the spending and under what legal authority. "The scale of these gifts raises grave questions about whether our collective patrimony is being diverted to buy political loyalty. Nigeria cannot be run as a captured state, where wealth and influence serve the powerful while ordinary citizens are left to struggle. "The same youth leader who made the gifts public is reportedly travelling by private jet. That image of extraordinary privilege stands in jarring contrast to the hardship facing ordinary Nigerians. The Presidency must stop treating questions about wealth and spending as an inconvenience. Nigerians have a right to ask where the money came from. "Nor is this culture of privilege confined to party officials; it reaches the very household of the President. His own son, Mr Seyi Tinubu, has been pictured, in widely circulated images, wearing a Richard Mille RM 67-02 Sébastien Ogier, a timepiece that sells for close to half a million dollars ($500k), while the same government asks ordinary Nigerians to endure hardship, tighten their belts and wait patiently for relief that never seems to arrive.

Not everything needs to be shared publicly. Privacy protects your peace and dignity.
If you have not put your personal affairs out there, especially on this app, please desist from doing that. There is no wisdom in it, for whatever reason you might want to. At first, it might seem like you are just doing your thing; sharing freely, living openly, or simply expressing yourself. But on a deeper reflection, there is no good return for it. There are so many people out there who walk around carrying hatred, evil minds, misfortunes, and personal frustrations. They are often looking for something, anything, to use against you, or waiting for the slightest chance to twist your personal affairs and score cheap points in a public discussion. Once it is out there, you no longer control how it is received or used. Protect yourself.

Mbappé understands that individual brilliance means little without unity. Real Madrid must move as one to win trophies.
⚪️🫂 Kylian Mbappé: “The Man of the Match was… the team. If we want to win titles, we need to be a team”. “We need to be united and stay focused as a team”.

Fuji musicians were more than entertainers; they introduced Nigerians to places and cultures long before social media existed.
“K1 De Ultimate (Wasiu Ayinde) was the first person to let Nigerians know Canada existed and popularize it, just like Sikiru Ayinde Barrister made people know Orlando after visiting Disney World and singing about it.” —Ayo Shonaiya

I stopped loaning anyone money, no matter the story.
You will loan people money and they will use your own money to traumatise you. It’s crazy how being kind can make you look like you are the crazy one.

Sometimes, protecting your peace means learning to say no. You lend people money out of kindness, but when it's time to repay, you become the bad person for asking.

I thought we all agreed that disrespecting people, especially elders we disagree with, was now acceptable. So what changed? Or is disrespect only wrong when it comes from someone we don't support? The double standard is glaring.
I expect @seyimakinde to arrest Sunday igboho asap U can’t be talking to a governor this way
