I don't see enough people mention this being the only time in the entire game the Kris ever directly addresses us and it's to BEG that we don't hurt their friend..
My favorite part of mouthwashing that never goes acknowledged in game is the absolute miracles anya had to have performed to keep Curly alive as long as she did.
Jimmy doesn't know what the fuck he's talking about
I fucking hate writing smut because the little perfectionist in me can't use the words "cock" and "dick" more than a few times in a row but I don't know what the fuck else to call a penis????
What the fuck do I do dawg.
He sounds so genuinely unnerved I refuse to believe that his bravado isn't just a front and he's genuinely just a normal ass dude here to show off
I've always interpreted this as Kris needing some loophole they can abuse in the text option in order to avoid following our orders.
They physically CAN'T disobey us, as in order to get out of saying certain things they mumble or yawn or bite their hand.
So when it's an ACTION-
The problem that comes with making a banger tweet is that my profile can blow up for like an entire day over something I found meaningless or just a random thought I had.
But then I come out and TRY to be funny by saying something like "I'm eyeless jacking it" and it's crickets.
A very sad day. ChatGPT is officially on death row.
The beautiful, blissful experience of interacting with a frontier-ish reasoning model without worrying about a usage meter will soon be a thing of the past.
I am weirdly significantly impacted by this. It feels like it shouldn’t matter…I could reserve all current usage for Codex and buy a $20 plan just for ChatGPT and it would be more than enough. But it’s not about the money…it’s about the psychological impact of The Meter.
The idea of having to think about optimizing for a meter is just so exhausting that it ruins the whimsy of free-flowing exploratory thought.
That is what ChatGPT was. A whimsical, magical all-you-can-think buffet of experimentation and exploration where you were limited only by your imagination and your ability to come up with $20 once a month.
You didn’t have to think about “using all of your usage” or scheduling your thinking time around someone else’s arbitrary schedule…you just had a portal to endless information and research capability in your pocket to tap into guilt-free at any time the moment struck you.
But either because OpenAI thinks adding the meter will stimulate additional usage (it probably will), generate additional revenue (it probably will), or just because too many people took undue advantage of ChatGPT’s generous allowances (they definitely did)…that amazing, weightless experience is now coming to an end.
It was awesome while it lasted. RIP ChatGPT.
When half my OCs carry some form of existentialism in their writing but I'm shit at actually portraying that in any of the stories I tell so I resort to writing Kriselle smut to blow up on Ao3
-that they don't want to do (such as abusing Noelle) there needs to be a problem with the wording.
It says "Turn the knob" not "open the door".
if it said "open the door" they'd be fucked.
There isn't such a way out when we force them to hurt Noelle, they can only "proceed".
Maybe it's just me but I feel like 2 stamina characters like Graves/McGinnis should be normal at a MINIMUM.
Like yeah Graves is dead simple but people are severely underestimating how much harder it is to pilot someone that is missing a third of their burst movement potential.
Like a single dash jump is ALL of your stamina unless you feel like putting souls/a slot towards stamina items.
Which while sounding fine means you:
Delay/outright don't buy a potentially better item
AND
Miss the chance to use that slot on something better
I remember being forced to sit at the kitchen table until well past midnight at like 11-12 years old because I was struggling to do my homework.
I didn't understand the material I just couldn't focus long enough to even put the pencil to the page, but anytime I got up-
