Effective leadership is all about understanding the needs and motivations of people.
As a leader, your role is to empower and guide your team, helping them reach their full potential & inspiring them to become the best version of themselves. To the teachers and instructional coaches within Alternative Education/DJJ Youth Services, Great year! Enjoy your summer☀️.

Great leaders are not afraid to admit their mistakes and embrace the chance to learn from others. Their goal isn't to be the brightest mind in the room but to create a team of brilliant individuals and motivate them to achieve the impossible.

BREAKING: @pbcsd will not have school tomorrow. The district says currently there are no initial reports of heavy damage on any of the 180 District-operated campuses. Assessment teams will inspect schools once the threat of tropical storm force winds is gone. @WPTV @FOX29WFLX
