Its a little hard to read but I took inspo from one of mell-samas halloween looks and the masquerade outfit the phantom wears in phantom of the opera ! I could have done more but. Hes serving vamp...ser..vamp even...

Fixed him a little bit, mostly just gave him a manicure...i just cant get the eyes right somehow, but this is evil twisted willmesh so maybe thats just how he is...enjoy evilmesh..
