So without PACs, they lost their ability to influence our elections. The fact is that a central equally distributed election fund, with percentage allowances based on level of the politician in terms of populations within each state and federal levels, which blocks use of one's own personal funds, would end all undue influence in our elections and balance all races. All funds must be accounted for and any remaining beer returned. This includes consideration of primaries and equal distributions to those running as third parties. And money for run off elections.
