As a novice and as someone who has little to no knowledge about Ramayana & Indian mythology in general, after watching Ramayana yesterday & considering the minor changes in narratives in the name of creative liberty, the character & the role that took most of the hit was SITA. Apparently, in the OG Ramayana, RAAVAN kidnapped SITA out of lust & greed. Whereas, Namit says Raavan kidnapped her to avenge Suparnakha. And I think I understand why he had to alter that narrative. Just look at Sai Pallavi here. KOI ANDHA BHI ISKO KIDNAP NA KARE OUT OF LUST😭🙏🏻 Casting of SITA was such that kidnapping out of lust/beauty had to be thrown out of the window🙏🏻
