Btw, I have already heard this justification/excuse before, in December 1981, when Communists imposed a Martial Law in Poland, arresting in one night thousands of Poles suspected of opposing communism.

Donald Tusk is doing everything in his power to illegally seize control of yet another public institution, acting outside the law and trampling on Poland’s constitutional order.
His ultimate goal is to establish the supremacy of EU law over Polish law, force through the EU Migration Pact, and flood Poland with tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands, of illegal migrants.
