I used to love the platform but now….
I was a completing a order the price of shoe was 104$ when i did the payment it failed the payment
I was trying to figure out what went wrong didn’t even closed the app and the price increase to 155$

Sorry to say but you guys have the worst customer service. I just visited the H&M store in Westfield Stratford and am super disappointed with your service.
I know you guys don't care about losing one customer but if your customer service remains the same you will keep losing customers in my opinion

In our company, our managers focus so much on customer service that if we don't have a smile on our face they remind us of our values and what we experience we wanna provide to every customer but idts this is the case in H&M
next week and after that, I'm leaving for Dubai for a trip. This was my first time buying from H&M and it will be my last one as well as I am a retail assistant in some xyz company. I know this is not the way you should treat the customer.
I was running late as I had to leave for my job so without obviously spending other 15-20mins looking for the exact thing I wanted I left
Now I again have to go back when I have at least 1-2 hours to some store and find items This is super frustrating as I'm working 7days a week
been super time consuming and I again looked for a staff member and again I wasnt able to find anyone for 10mins finally I found some and I asked her to help and she was like “here are all the mens clothes we have look around if you dont find anything it means we dont have it”
her face seemed super annoyed and unwilling to help me however she told me I can go to mens section and look for the clothes with correct sizing my self and bring it to till for exchange when I went to mens section it was big and to find the particular item I wanted would have
Firstly there is literally no staff on any floors to help customers and I went there to get my clothes exchanged which I got by click & collect option the sizes were not upto the mark but after looking for 15mins for staff member when I can asked abt how I can get this exchanged
