The iPad mini OLED is reportedly coming soon, and while some might be excited, I’m honestly not. I’m more interested in the iPhone 20 and Air 2. Apple could’ve skipped the iPad mini this time, especially after releasing the Duo. Just my take tho.

From everything I’ve seen and heard, it looks like the hinges might be causing the lines on the screen. It could be due to pressure from the central part of the hinge that pops out when closing the Duo, pushing against the display.

It’s Apple’s first foldable, so I wasn’t expecting much. But the way they mocked other foldables at the Apple event, you’d think the 8 years they spent planning and manufacturing the Duo would result in straight-up perfection out of the box.

It’s crazy how the original Galaxy Z Fold, released in 2019 with an aluminum hinge rather than titanium like the iPhone Duo, passed the durability test. A lot was said at Apple’s event, and expectations were high.

The iPhone Duo failed @ZacksJerryRig durability test. I’m a little surprised, though. I know a lot of y’all will say, “It’s because Samsung made the screen.” But in case you forgot, the Galaxy Z Fold8 passed the durability test without any issues.

It’s funny how everyone starts screaming “Samsung made the screen, what do you expect?” the moment the matte layer is peeled off. At least Samsung tried to reduce the crease itself instead of hiding it under a matte layer on the Galaxy Z Fold8.

Is the Duo a good phone? Yes. Will people experiment with it? Absolutely. We all know that if @ZacksJerryRig tests the Duo, he’s definitely peeling off the matte layer. 😂 I wonder what y’all are gonna say then. 💀 At the end of the day, enjoy your Duo if you got one already.

I’d say the Galaxy Z Fold8’s crease would be less visible too if it had the same nano-textured layer as the iPhone Duo.
