Will have RA reduction and Maze at time of his Cone TV repair, but what would #EPeeps do if he has recurrent persAF? It makes zero physiologic sense to me to advise anything beyond PVI in the LA. Can homogenize RA scar, but I'm unaware of any robust data to support that either.

We need far more structured methods and collaborative experience managing #persAF in complex (particularly right-sided) #ACHD. Only way to learn.

I don’t understand what happened in the past year with the #MBTA #commuterrail, but it’s been completely unreliable. >50% of time have morning issues on Worcester line. @wutrain please fix!!!!!

Congrats to @SeanM_Wu and his @StanfordCVI lab on some fantastic science on visualizing and targeting the cardiac conduction system. The pictures are pretty (#Epeeps are salivating), and the science is elegant — with many potential applications.
