@MTNza hahahahaha ya'll are a joke without a punchline 🤞🏾so, I went to the actual MTN Store, the lady was kind enough to go through the entire checklist to find out if I had all required documents to do a sim swap.. (which I had with me)
only to tell me that she can't help me, because the staff doesn't have access and means to help me... Plus the manager who can help me is not on site...
So I just left as she was talking cause wow... How useless can you get at that point...
@MTNza @MTNzaService @mtn would like to applaud this network service with the world's most inefficient, ineffective, useless, unacceptable piece of shit network service I have ever had to endure, your process is flawed, your call center system's incompetence knows no bounds.
I want you to know that when I retrieve my number again, hopefully, cause I don't trust you at all to be able to succeed with that as well.
