Happy to see @ACodirenzi's 2nd paper with us is now in press. Anastasia built a CNN to automatically classify taper corrosion severity on failed hip implants retrieved from patients. She scored 725 (!) retrievals by hand in our lab to build the model. journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.…

Congratulations @broby13 on an outstanding PhD defence yesterday. This is a milestone for the lab, since Jordan got his start with us in 3rd year undergrad! Next stop a postdoc at UBC. Thankfully we have the summer to finish off a few (dozen) more papers.
