We were looking for 2 employees a few weeks ago .We got 63 applicants 51 of of them were immigrants.We employed one immigrant and a Canadian,the Canadian have already missed work 4 times the immigrant none.I have more than a few more cases can share .

This Airbus A320 crew decided to
skip the traditional de-icing procedure & instead relied on aerodynamic forces to shed residual frost & contamination during the takeoff roll & initial climb.
While aerodynamic heating and airflow can, in some cases, remove thin layers of frost from lifting surfaces, this practice is generally discouraged even small amounts of contamination can severely degrade lift, increase stall speed & compromise takeoff performance.
