👨💻 Meta Ray-Ban Display Simulator 1.0: You can now test Device Access Toolkit integrations!
Don't have Meta Ray-Ban Display yet? We've got you covered. In addition to simulating Web Apps via our Chrome extension, you can now test your Device Access Toolkit integrations.
Here’s another example of what you can build for Meta VR Glasses!
I previously shared placement options in another demo I built. This is a second prototype I’m working on called “Hand Skate.” It shows table placement, interactions with the skater character, hand gestures to control the skater, and a variety of skate parks and themes!

This new world changes indie gamedev.
If you want to protect your code you can’t use Unity or code that compiles to a VM (IL2CPP won’t be a defense for long)
If you want to protect your idea, you need to show off depth of quality content. Simple mechanics will be cloned
Gaming's vibe-coded apocalypse even has devs who rip off other people's viral Steam hits complaining kotaku.com/devs-behind-needl…

👋 Web Apps for Meta Ray-Ban Display just got a major input upgrade: wrist orientation!
You can now tap into wrist roll, pointing, and tilt data from the Meta Neural Band in your web apps. We provide this data as a quaternion, unlocking new kind of experiences.

The games we've long wanted, which didn't exist because they'd cost several times more to make than they'd earn back, will soon become possible. As will the games developers wanted to build, but couldn't with the resources available. It'll be a new golden age of gaming.
i look cute in 3DS 👾
I put Muse on my 3DS! @natfriedman @alexandr_wang
I created a game running on actual Nintendo hardware allowing me to control my smart home through Muse! So cool!

Meta Connect 2026 Was Incredible…But The Real Party For Developers Starts Now💥😎🚀
We asked developers at Meta Connect what it felt like to be there.
"Homecoming. The new frontier. The mothership." 🎥
Everything they saw is on demand now. Catch up on developer sessions, recap blogs and documentation to get started 👉 bit.ly/4juAWR1

📣 VR devs, this is pretty cool! You can now use your webcam to prototype hand-first experiences in Meta XR Simulator as you prepare for Meta VR Glasses. Iterate without a Quest or VR Glasses, then validate on-device! 🚀
- Track up to two hands using your webcam to drive simulated hand interactions.
- Control your simulated look direction with head rotation, not eye tracking or head position.
- Available on Windows and macOS with Meta XR Simulator v207+.
- Works through standard OpenXR hand-tracking and head-pose interfaces.
- Tracking service and models are included, with no additional downloads at runtime.

you can finally find a use for the iPhone action button with muse!
i call it muse speed dial
The action button integration is absolutely the fastest way to ask your @Muse to do stuff for you on iOS - including directly from the lock screen. It's sick!
Having a Muse agent feels like the employees I knew I needed that I never pushed myself to hire. What a time to be living! Honestly, this app is incredible 🤯, and if you haven’t tried it yet, please do so. It will save you time, money, and make you extremely productive.

While brainstorming under his kitchen sink, @Tellous had the idea to build an app, Vox Lens, for the Meta Ray-Ban Display.
Build and paint with voxels, then save your creations to view them at any time. A mini figurine showcase, but in AR! 🟧🟦

I’ve been creating content around Unity, AR, and MR for a decade, and more recently focusing on AI workflows. But what I’m realizing is that I’m still that curious kid who was fascinated by computers. I used to break them often because I wanted to understand what everything did. Later in life, I learned how to fix them. I’ve always been extremely curious to understand how things work, and sharing what I learn as I go through my research is incredibly rewarding, not just because I’m learning, but because I get to share what I learn and teach it to others.
Whether it helps one person, thousands, or millions, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that we help others. My mission is to help as many developers around the world as possible bring their ideas to life. I know many of you already have, and I’m extremely proud of that. But if you haven’t yet, be patient and stay extremely consistent. If something doesn’t click or looks too complex, that’s okay. Take your time. One day, you’ll look back and say, “Wow, I learned that. Why was I ever so afraid of it?”
I wanted to write this small post to hopefully give someone else a little motivation. Believe in what you’re doing. Keep learning, keep building, and never ever stop.
You got this!
