ALT Global Entertainment Holdings (OTC: GBHL), renamed PyX Wallets Inc., closed its stock purchase transaction with PYX Wallets. Ryan Contardi became CEO. The change of control awaits a final court order discharging custodianship. The parties target completing an audit and filing an SEC registration statement within 90 days of the change of control. GBHL remains the trading symbol pending FINRA processing.

$GBHL the new CEO owns 8% of IWAL. that is the premise of my theory. I see no patents for PYX, and that website is brand new. PXY Website also says they have partners. Has to be some correlation here IMO. New CEO seems great btw. Hope he gets on X and tweets!
