I know this account is still fresh with basically no followers, so im probably shouting into the void here.
Iβm about to start my first blast in years. Iβve been cruising on 150mg of test for ages. Recently had my bloods done and theyβre in a great position for a blast.
What a fucking idiot
Surfers spend hours paddling through waves, and this guy thinks their secret to staying fit is accidentally drinking the ocean.
Then he gets asked how confident he is in recommending it. That answer deserves a replay.
Wellness has gotten so weird that βexercise is good for youβ apparently needs a competing theory involving imported French seawater.
When do you guys start to consider an ai? Iβve had spicy nips today and have an ai on hand but Iβd really prefer not to use it

At 21, I was offered TRT.
I'd just been through cancer. I turned it down.
A decade later, I wouldn't recommend it to 9 in 10 men who ask me. 8 reasons why:
1. It manages symptoms.
It doesn't fix the root cause. It's like bolting a supercharger onto a broken engine. You feel the boost but it lulls you into a false sense of security because the engine's still broken.
2. It's instant gratification.
Alex Hormozi's value equation explains why it sells so well: a huge outcome, fast, with almost no effort. Most men don't want to change their habits. TRT lets them skip that, but it can come at a massive cost.
3. Your testes aren't just testosterone machines.
They also make sperm, inhibin B, AMH, INSL3, estradiol and more. Take testosterone in isolation and you bypass all of it. That's why so many guys end up adding HCG and estrogen blockers just to keep things balanced. It becomes a chemical maze.
4. Dependency comes with real risks.
I don't buy that you're on it for life (I've helped men come off it after years, alongside their doctor). But you have to remember it, travel with it and monitor it. It can thicken your blood, shrink your testes and push up estrogen. Then you're taking other things to manage the side effects.
5. It's a long way from what your body makes.
TRT starts as a plant sterol from yam or soy. It's then put through a chain of industrial chemistry (acetic anhydride, chromium trioxide, acetone), bonded to an ester, and suspended in cottonseed oil with benzyl benzoate and benzyl alcohol. Personally, I take desiccated testicle instead. The whole organ, in its natural ratios. (What I do, not a recommendation.)
6. Fertility. TRT can heavily suppress sperm production. If you still want kids, that matters.
7. Plenty of men are prescribed off one blood test. Testosterone swings through the day. Guidelines call for two early-morning tests, not one afternoon draw after a bad night's sleep.
8. Most men don't have a testosterone problem. They have a sleep, stress, nervous system, or circadian problem that shows up as low T (which is just the tip of the iceberg).
I know TRT can be a lifeline for some men but for most of the men I speak to, it's a shortcut around the work that actually fixes things.
Fix the engine first.
Decided to stop the primo today. About ten days in and my joints are agony. Cracking, crunching and aching. Presumably nuked my e2.
Iβd forgot how much of a cesspit X is. In the month Iβve had this account its already reminded me.
Do set, open X, close X, pace around machine, stretch sore shoulders, check nipples for gyno pain, do next set, repeat.
These fake peptide accounts make me laugh. One look at the account location π€£ Cameroon

First week of 300 test 100 primo done. Obviously nothing yet.
Not felt my best in the gym this week but still turned up.
The scale has jumped 2kg already (carbs).
One week into the bulk and already the increase in protein has me constipated. Been lacking on the fibre. Need to sort it out.

You ever get those days were you feel like you could stay in the gym indefinitely? Fucking love those day.
A strange thing Iβve noticed is that since stopping Reta I have more doms after the gym. Could be that Iβm just training harder ie using the extra calories, but my numbers arenβt massively different just yet. Interesting. #peptides
Although I know heβs killing it, I canβt help but detest people like this
I genuinely feel for people like this. Genetics are a bitch (or terrible training and diet but Iβll give him the benefit of the doubt)
