It's taken a while, but my team and I at @NyarenariLLC have finally released Project Feed to the public. We've been building it for a long time and using it to manage its own development, along with several projects we haven't announced yet. It's exciting to finally share something that's become part of how we work. Project Feed is a project management web app with built-in media review, built around the needs of creative teams. You can share rich progress updates and pin feedback directly to 3D models, 2D sprites, images, videos, and audio. You can also track tasks, collaborate on docs, and work through ideas together on canvases. For us, reviewing the work is a big part of managing the project. A task description can tell you what needs doing, but seeing the latest version and pointing to exactly what needs changing makes the conversation much clearer. We wanted that feedback to live alongside the work and the updates that explain it. That's what we've been building toward. A place where game developers and other media teams can share what they're making, review it together, and keep their projects moving. We've put a lot of time into this, and I'd love to hear from people doing similar work. Give Project Feed a try and tell us what works for your team and what you'd like us to improve.
Plan tasks and share updates across your projects, while pinning feedback directly on the files themselves. Project Feed is now publicly available! projectfeed.app

My team and I build projectfeed.app, and the part I love most is the feed. It's like scrolling X, but every post comes from a project in our workspace. Renders, clips, audio passes, whatever the team put up today, all in one place. When I want to comment on something, I leave it right on the file, whether it's a 3D model, an image, a video, or an audio clip. That's how I keep up with what's going on across Project Feed development and our games without pestering the team with morning standup or on Slack.

My team and I are building a mobile app for @ProjectFeedApp, with a current focus on chat. Still in progress, but getting close to getting it released for iOS and Android here in the coming weeks!

Setting up a Steam Developer account has been a more complex process than getting a government-issued ID. In more ways than one.

I'm really happy with how @ProjectFeedApp public portals came out! Posting releases and content updates, sharing a download button, and collecting feedback from players is now extremely easy.

Stayed up longer than I wanted today writing up the Haunted Tesseract Rive demo post. Time for some sleep.

Not going to lie, having a lot of fun creating this Halloween-themed @rive_app demo. Been working on three modes, blood, haunt, demonic, all with their own unique twist. Trying to push the 3D dynamics.

We got accepted into Convex for Startups with @NyarenariLLC! @ProjectFeedApp has been built on @convex_dev from the start. Every post, file comment, and task update shows up live for everyone on the project, and Convex is a big part of why that works. projectfeed.app
