I was lookin forward to my bday.. maybe I thought it’d be different since I was talkin to someone who seemed to care a bit, but it’s like everytime it gets close that fizzles out & now I’m left wit a broken heart & no potential cute plans 🥺 welp lemme not go to work and bed rot.

Have you ever invested ur time, care, love, trust &hope into someone who pursued you first? you end up liking them, wanting to grow the connection, do lil things to show appreciation while gettin to know em still.. just for them to say HAHA jk nvm let’s be coo friends tho.. WHAT?
