So to summarize: Flight scheduled for 17.25 Flight repeatedly delayed Flight cancelled at 20.00 Slim information provided at 21.00 Bags returned at 22.45 That's five+ hours of waiting. F*cking omnishambles @KLM_UK. Disgrace.
