Indonesian here, to me it look like just regular batik pattern that The Pikachu wears, while the flower in trailer is hint that wiwa is set in Southeast Asia, Moon Orchid flower found in SEA and is Indonesia national flower. Alongside Arabian Jasmine and Rafflesia Arnoldi.
