Really odd thing to say to me on Dwarfism Awareness Day.
I could say a lot right now, but I’m not stooping to his level.
Major difference between a loving grandparent hugging their grandchild and some strange woman coming up to you on the street.
I would most certainly recoil in this instance.
This is a great initiative, we shouldn’t look down on dwarfs.
Tonight, Cardiff Castle will light up green to mark Dwarfism Awareness Day. 💚
The illumination celebrates diversity and helps raise awareness and understanding of dwarfism. orlo.uk/S4Qel

For all the hand wringing about the ‘far right’, it turns out the far left is a real danger to society. This week’s @Independent_ie column

Ireland, I’m unbelievably disappointed and disillusioned with you. I’m beginning to think it was all fake and that we are actually the most insincere fuckers in Europe. The thousand welcomes and the so-called “craic” all seem sickeningly fake to me now.
There’s a reason our most brilliant artists hated the place.
There comes a time when even a nation must look at itself honestly.
I’m no Bono fan, but the man has raised millions for people across the world.
What has Louis done?
160,000 people murdered by Islamist militants across Africa in the last decade. Where’s his outrage for them?
Creepy virtue signalling arsehole.
‘It was too late’ - Louis Walsh says Bono and U2 were too slow to speak up about Gaza

Now tell me who the actual far right is.
A petition has been launched to remove Brenda Power, a known far-right activist and barrister, from serving as a decision-maker on the State’s asylum appeals body.

I need the DRCC to put out another video, for the first time in about 15 years I have been poked on Facebook.
This feels like assault.

My FOI to @Essex_CC has confirmed that they have NEVER requested a risk assessment from the Home Office about Wethersfield migrants being let loose in our town centres.
Not under Lib Dem. Not under Reform.
Not since MULTIPLE reported sexual assaults.
Not since a resident was CONVICTED for sexual assault.
It's absolutely disgusting.

A few days ago the New Statesman egregiously compared Sally Rooney (whose own publisher pulled her books from UK bookshelves with her approval) to the plight of Salmon Rushdie (who has a fatwa against him and lost sight an eye when someone attempted to murder him).
Now they are describing Owen Jones as a ‘man of enormous courage, integrity, and truthfulness’ the day after he called a government report on antisemitism in British schools a ‘travesty’.
Not great.
Owen Jones has, for the last three years, revealed himself to be a man of enormous courage, integrity and truthfulness. No one should think for a minute that his relentless defence of Palestinian rights and historical truth is easy or comes without heavy personal costs. Throughout the genocide in Gaza, Jones remained a tireless bur rigorous and supremely decent voice. I suspect part of what initially moved him was the strong displeasure in being treated like an idiot by the official propaganda – a noble motive in itself – but there is no question he has been genuinely touched by the images of suffering arriving daily from Gaza. And yet, how does his intellectual fixation on a battle between left and right help us understand the horrors of Gaza, or move us to stop them? My impression is that the opposite has happened. People look at what is happening in Gaza and ask themselves what a person on the right or on the left should think. In many cases this is ideology. In most, simply careerism and group association. Jones shows how limited the perspective really is. How about, like the author himself, asking how a human being should feel? How about returning to the world of facts and feelings rather than our endless Marvel franchise? newstatesman.com/culture/boo…
No way he blocked me. That’s so gay.
Pathetic. If he wasn’t finding himself in scandal after scandal involving teenage boys he might actually commit to chopping it off.
The only thing he’s stretched further than Elastigirl are his cheeks for youngfellas on snapchat.

Grandparents are not a danger to children. They're the backbone of Irish family life.
The Minister was right to pull this ad. Gary Gannon and Labour rushed to defend it instead.
I've tabled questions on what it cost and who signed it off. Every euro spent lecturing families is a euro that never reached a victim.

Hunter Schafer, a man, said he feels like a woman because of an "attraction to misogyny" and a "need to be used by men", and trans activists are responding by saying this is a normal experience for women.
1. He's a man with a fetish
2. Women aren't defined by misogyny and being used by men
3. I can't believe this even has to be said - that a man can claim to be a woman explicitly because he hates us, and he is the one who is taken seriously, while women who disagree are called hateful
Replying to @MTV
Hunter Schafer's deleted Instagram post from 2018 is so disturbing that The Daily Mail once mistook it for a school shooter's manifesto.
"My gender was so influenced by a need to be used by men."
"My sexual orientation was not gay, it was not straight, is an attraction, always to misogyny."
"Not feeling femme enough w/o being a victim of r*pe... The idea of being eaten used to arouse me."

“How much sympathy am I supposed to have for a man who wants to wear a dress? Just do it. If you want to call yourself a woman that’s none of my business. What he can’t do is force me to believe that & take away our existing rights because of his nonsense belief about himself.”👇
