Student Protests in Dehradun, Haldwani& Nainital:
I am deeply disappointed that students & young professionals were not allowed to proceed with a peaceful march in Dehradun yesterday, July 24.
This merits attention since the PM himself is making outreach to the student community & the central govt is making efforts to engage with the protestors.
I invite you all to participate in the peaceful student march of Sunday, July 26, 2026 starting at AM from Parade Ground, Dehradun.
I also urge the Pushkar Singh Dhami govt & Uttarakhand Police to place no further road blocks for people to participate peacefully & for them to express solidarity with the youth.
PS : I missed adding Nainital along with Haldwani, please excuse the error. Thank you!
