Create interactive stock charts directly in your Computer thread with @tradingview Lightweight Charts.
Ask for a stock's price history, then follow up with "show candlesticks and volume" or "compare it to AMD" to get a new chart.
Watch this presentation by @bgurley.
This is not a partisan issue. Hope it catalyzes action.

This is a topic that has been weighing heavily on my mind for over five years. I hope we can find a way for eveyone to move forward with “inquiry” as the true-north. For the best interest of the globe.

Congratulations to @estebancastano & the entire @trmlabs team! We're proud to be longtime investors and celebrate this milestone with the team
Today, we are at a crossroads.
As I write this, AI is saving lives by helping doctors identify diseases faster, and making education more accessible to people everywhere. It’s also being used to inflict harm on a global scale.
TRM’s AI-in-Crime Adoption Index found that, in 2026, criminal adoption of AI rose 40% year over year. Today’s threat actors are using AI to execute scams, cyber attacks, and other forms of digital crime at unprecedented speed and scale. In the last 90 days, we’ve also seen a growing number of incidents where AI agents themselves have gone rogue.
Business titans and religious leaders are sounding the same alarm: to realize AI’s promise, we need to protect people from its harms.
The first line of defense is prevention. Model companies like Anthropic and OpenAI are building stronger guardrails, and governments are exploring rules for how AI can be safely used. We call this the prevention layer.
At TRM, we’ve spent nearly a decade fighting crime, from fraud and cybercrime to human and wildlife trafficking. That experience has taught us one thing, if nothing else: the prevention layer is essential, but never enough.
Criminals will break through. When they do, it’s critical that crimefighters can identify the harm done, find the people and machines behind it, and take action: support the victim, freeze the funds, take down the infrastructure, arrest the offender, disable the agent, dismantle the network.
The world needs a new layer of protection.
We call it the disruption layer—and it's what we're building, right now.
The operating system for crimefighters
In 2018, we founded TRM to help crimefighters map how threat actors were using cryptocurrency. We analyzed petabytes of data, mapping over a 100 types of crime. Government agencies and financial institutions worldwide now use TRM to investigate complex criminal networks and combat financial crime.
The more cases we supported, however, the more we realized: if we were going to equip crimefighters to disrupt AI-scale crime, crypto would be 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 of the story, but not the 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘦 story. To build a successful case, investigators must source intelligence not just from the blockchain, but also corporate records, cyber threat data, the dark web, and dozens of other domains. Today’s crimefighters need to use natural language to search across siloed domains, connect the dots and unearth buried insights, automate the rote work, and coordinate with partners across public and private sectors—all while preserving auditability and human judgment.
In short, crimefighters need an operating system for the AI era.
So we built it.
For years, we’ve been developing this OS alongside the investigators who use it. Now, we’ve just announced a new round of funding, valuing TRM at $2 billion, to propel our work—and this fall, we’ll unveil the OS publicly, for the first time.
If your organization needs to fight AI-scale crime, please reach out. We want to work with you.
Huge congratulations to @LukeHoersten and the @Bitnomial team! A decade plus of hard work and perseverance put them in the position for this. Well deserved.
Kraken parent @Payward is acquiring @Bitnomial - the first fully CFTC-licensed derivatives company in the US built for digital assets. Built for crypto from the ground up.
Spot margin, perpetuals, and options are coming to Kraken under CFTC regulation.

As our vision expands, DolarApp no longer reflects the scope of what we are building—which is why we are unveiling our new brand: Welcome to ARQ.

People often ask me what the difference is, between a company tokenizing their own stock, and a third-party derivative/wrapper token of a company's stock.
THIS is the answer: capital markets. A company can now use their tokenized stock to raise capital, onchain, in stablecoins.
Great article by Don Wilson, founder of DRW, proposing that the Treasury issue notes that would be issued and redeemable daily at par - with the expectation that these would back stablecoins.
The only way traditional finance moves on-chain is if it can do so without introducing incremental intermediary risk. PORTS can help achieve this because they would offer US Treasury credit and daily liquidity at par, and could be placed on-chain by @BNYGlobal or by @The_DTCC as DTCC did with the US Treasury repo trades on @CantonNetwork. It was great partnering with Professor @duffiedarrell on this idea. Thanks to @BrookingsInst for publishing our PORTS white paper and @FT for publishing the OpEd.

It seems the natural extension of this would be for the Treasury to issue these notes directly onchain, effectively making the notes stablecoins themselves.
Do you agree @drwconvexity?

State of Texas joining Harvard and Abu Dhabi in recent $IBIT purchase. Pretty sure that's the only ETF to ever be owned by all three. More wild stuff for a not-yet-even-two-years-old fund.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Texas becomes first state to purchase $10 million of BlackRock's spot #Bitcoin ETF, according to the Texas Blockchain Council.
by contrast, users in the U.S. and AFEs like the euro zone already freely access Treasurys, dollars, and other instruments that offer yield or deposit insurance.

One of the best team in crypto expanding.
Do apply if you want to work with a S tier team.
Ethena has stayed roughly flat at ~20-25 contributors for the last 2 years.
We are expanding the team meaningfully for the first time with 10 new roles across engineering and product for two entirely new business lines and products launching in the next ~3 months.
Both of these initiatives have the potential to be the size of USDe.
