But Malaylis including me have to migrate to other states (to so called cow belts too)or other countries for work. Students after 12th also move to Mangalore, mysore, chennai or Bangalore. This is the reality. Open your eyes before you flex

Malayalis were ruled by a king who ensured peace, the rule of law and prosperity for the kingdom. Yet, the narrative was set that he had to be tamed. The narrative was set by non-Malayalis. Even today, the narrative is being set by outsiders. Malayalis can learn from mythology.
Police brought a man to a Kerala hospital at night to treat a wound on his leg. He picked up a pair of surgical scissors and attacked the 22 year old doctor treating him.
Her name was Dr Vandana Das, from Kaduthuruthy in Kottayam, Kerala.
She was the only child of her parents. She was in the final stage of her MBBS, doing her house surgeon posting at Kottarakkara taluk hospital.
In the early hours of 10 May 2023, police brought in G Sandeep, a 42 year old school teacher. He had caused trouble at home and had injuries on his leg.
Inside the hospital, he first attacked the police officers who had brought him.
Then he turned to Vandana. He stabbed her again and again in the head, neck and back with the scissors.
Hospital staff were locked inside a room. A sub inspector and a home guard who tried to stop him were also injured. The ambulance driver and security staff finally held him down.
Vandana was rushed to a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. She died of her injuries.
Doctors across Kerala went on strike.
The Kerala government decided to amend the law protecting health workers.
The Kerala High Court said her death was the result of a systemic failure that cannot be brushed aside as an isolated incident.
Rocky Bro knows exactly what he is doing 🤣😂

If this is to be implemented, then the government should put an order that the disposables should be covered under insurance. Also rules for fair billing practice needs needs to be introduced

Before you laud this government order, understand this will massively raise costs which will come for your pocket.
Right now many hospitals keep costs low by re-using certain items/devices after sterilization process & only charging for the sterilization. If government insisting on "one-time" use only then each time the full amount of the item at MRP will be charged to patient.
Don't forget insurance companies DO NOT cover "disposable items". So these "one time use" items will now shift towards that. Your medical bills will go up.
My hospital Medical Superintendent yesterday called for a meeting with all departments to discuss this order and how to move forward.
This might be good idea in theory but terribly flawed implementation.

Fall of the Berlin Wall.
I remember watching those grainy news clippings on the night news of people using sledge hammers & anything else they could get their hands on to break the wall as well as climbing over it. Oh & Mikhail Gorbachev's port-wine stain on his head.

Boarding on AI 882 AMD-DEL is delayed by 20 minutes because Supreme Court Judge Vipul Pancholi & wife had to be VIP boarded first. They walk in with a posse of 6 guards + 3 AI staffers. Is this the VIP culture that India’s judiciary advocates? @MLJ_GoI ?
