Today was the 4th major issue we've had with an order from your Hamilton, NJ store. Our appliance delivery was scheduled for 12:30–4:30 PM, but the driver called at 10:40 AM saying he'd be there in 10 minutes. We were both at work because we planned around the delivery window YOU provided. He then told us he'd leave our 200+ lb appliance at the curb instead of bringing it inside. When I questioned how we were supposed to move it, he simply decided to return it to the warehouse and refused to complete the delivery. Whether it's Lowe's or a third-party delivery company, they represent your brand. Customers shouldn't have to keep rearranging their lives because of repeated mistakes. Four times is enough. It's time for some accountability.

Absolutely frustrated with @SpiritAirlines right now at Newark Liberty (EWR). Our flight was already delayed multiple times, originally pushed to around 6 PM, then kept changing with almost no announcements or proper updates from the gate. We got deplaned, waited hours, and now it's rescheduled for 7:52 PM...over 3 hours late due to what sounds like controllable issues (paperwork/ops). This lack of communication and inadequate compensation is unacceptable. Spirit, do better; passengers deserve real updates, timely info, and vouchers that actually cover a meal during long controllable delays.
After all that, they finally handed out $10 meal vouchers. $10?! A basic slice of pizza + a drink or chips + drink is easily $12–15+ at airport prices here. It barely covers anything, and many passengers around me still haven't even received their vouchers or any flight status updates via app/email. What a shame @SpiritAirlines 🙄

It's quite unfortunate that @SpiritAirlines has such horrible customer service. Just got hung up on by an agent and I'm having to be financially penalized for a mistake your own agent made?! How is that my problem 🤔
