I keep switching between @HillsboroughSch and @MDCPS board meetings online to listen to people argue about mask mandates. Close my eyes, I can't really tell the difference. I wonder when people will come to school board meetings to discuss education with such passion.
FL BOE CALL: Caller asks If Article IX, section 1 of the FL Constitution guarantees all students a "safe" environment. How does banning recognized COVID safety protocols such as masks fulfill that guarantee?
FL BOE passes emergency rule on student attendance records. On to Hope voucher to escape "COVID-19 harassment." Public schools, will lose public $$ thanks to this rule.
Its worrisome that the FL BOE is passing rules, inviting public comments when no one has read pending Dept of Health rule on COVID protocols in schools which will clearly impact students.
