Every time I perform at the @opry, it feels like the first time, and the butterflies were on full display Saturday night as God had his fingerprints on every detail—from signing in at security until we were cheered out the door once the night had come to a close. So grateful to the entire Opry family for welcoming me back with open arms. Dolly, thank you for being a seeker and encouraging me to become one too. I am overwhelmed by your light, love, grace, and kindness. This video is from this morning @wsm with the @kellysuttonshow, before any of us had heard the news. The timing is hard not to take into account — although I’m not sure how to make sense of it yet, what I am sure of is where you are. It is still impossible to imagine this world without you, but I will see you again. Thank you, Dolly, for being His hands and feet and the light and salt. You wanted to be more like Him and you’ve shown us all the way.
