I had lost my @stewardbank local debit card.
Day 1. Went to their Borrowdale branch on Friday and got a card replacement. Me thinking all is well then when I tried to use the new card got an error “no universal account”
Lesson learnt. People may do the same job but what was an issue was actually a small issue or not even an issue at all.
Kudos to the Card Centre team at your Avondale branch. Wish I had taken her name down.
Advise to anyone who encounters the same error after card replacement. Don’t waste time and go to @stewardbank Avondale branch.
