Blue City Police Departments and District attorneys are main drivers behind recidivism in their own cities.
On October 7th the below individual Alpha Bah was arrested for “aggravated assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon”, resisting arrest and other charges.
That same day @ICEgov lodged a detainer with Queens Central booking for him as Bah is in this country ILLEGALLY and was arrested twice prior to this incident by the NYPD.
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) did NOT honor the detainer and chose to RELEASE Bah from jail without notifying ICE, even though he assaulted one of their own with a deadly weapon.
Alpha Bah remains at large.
@DHSgov Secretary Markwayne Mullin issued the following statement:
"This illegal alien from Guinea was arrested for assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon. Despite these violent charges, New York City sanctuary politicians refused to honor ICE's detainer and RELEASED him back onto the streets, and he remains at large.”
“This is the vision of sanctuary politicians in a nutshell: the open-border policies of the Biden Administration let this criminal into our country, and then sanctuary politicians in New York released him after arresting him without notifying ICE. DHS is calling on Governor Kathy Hochul and Mayor Zohran Mamdani to knock it off with these evil sanctuary policies before another American gets hurt, or worse.”
@GovKathyHochul @NewYorkStateAG @NYCMayor @NYPDPC @NYPDChiefOfDept are derelict in their duties.
They along with their supporters place politics ahead of public safety and the Oath they swore before GOD.

NYPD Officer Wayne Isaacs was charged with murder after the 2016 fatal shooting of Delrawn Small.
A jury ACQUITTED him.
The NYPD’s own review reportedly found the shooting WITHIN DEPARTMENT GUIDELINES.
The NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Trials later recommended the disciplinary case be DISMISSED on jurisdictional grounds.
Yet nearly a DECADE LATER, Isaacs is still fighting for his career.
